As electricians, we usually prefer when the lighting and other electrical fixture and fittings are on show. This project is an exception. Almost all lighting is indirect, giving the space a very calm and warm feel at night. Electric underfloor heating throughout ensure this apartment is always warm and cosy.

All light fittings are recessed and hidden, in fact there isn’t a light fitting in sight! All lighting is provided by carefully positioned LED strip lighting. At first we thought there might not be enough light, but the architects nailed it and it’s perfect. This one really is a showcase of less is more.
